Important CA Safe Cosmetics Act (CSCA) and CA Fragrance & Flavor Ingredients Right to Know Act (CFFIRKA/SB312) Compliance Updates

The California Safe Cosmetics Reporting Portal is now ready for CFFIRKA reporting. The latest update of the Reportable Ingredients List is now available. The list includes fragrance and flavor ingredients that become reportable effective January 1, 2022. A new guidance on different types of ingredients and when they must be reported is now available. The CSCA & Online Reporting FAQ and the CFFIRKA Reporting Guidance & FAQ have also been updated. Read more...
